Yes! This class is meant for healthcare workers in LA City and County. If you’re asked by your job or agency to get certified, this is the official course. It’s also open to anyone over 18 (or younger with an adult).
2. How long is the class?
4 hours.

A blue card.

5. How will I get my card?
You'll receive it via EMAIL same day.

6. When will my card arrive by mail?
Standard mail times vary, but Priority Mail takes 1-3 days (with tracking).

Course Description
The Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB) course is designed to equip healthcare professionals, security personnel, and other staff working in high-risk environments with the skills needed to safely manage and de-escalate aggressive or assaultive behavior.
